Trainers are experts in their field and know their stuff. You don't feel alone. Offer good substitutes if your not up to some exercises, great for when I was pregnant and postpartum. I started with zero training, only doing body weight and didn't feel judged or left out. The community is very diverse, different ages, sizes, and abilities, but everyone is vouching for each other. Not a scrunchy bum gym pushing you for heavier! It's all about mental health benefits and feeling good. You won't find better!
