It is non competitive and fun for youth females
My daughters simply love Fitgirls. It’s the one activity that they don’t need any encouraging to go. The physical work out is great. They come home feeling positive and inspired to choose a healthier lifestyle all around, not just fitness related. I just wish they had the time to do it more. Thank you Taryn for creating such a perfect environment for these young tweens.
