A welcoming and supportive ladies only fitness studio! Several kinds of classes, fun instructors, and convenient times! My favorite part is the pay as you come option! Highly recommend!

This place isn't a fitness studio, it's a family. From my first class, I've been made to feel so welcome! As they say, "You do you" in every class, so even though I have two left feet and am slow to react to instructions, I feel just fine stepping in this class or stretching in that one. In stretch class, leader Diana makes sure that she knows your limitations so she can suggest alternate moves for those who need a slower start.
