I only started 3 months ago but I already see a great improvement in my health. Better balance, posture and energy level. I see there many older folks with very impressive physical abilities. In addition the place is very pleasant, with light, clean decor and mirrors. I am so glad my chiropractor recommended power plate for me and so happy I found Fit For You.

Amazing studio with power plate vibration. This place will build your strength and endurance to enhance your golf and pickleball game. They have packages you can purchase to aid you in getting committed! Hurry and get there to enjoy this amazing endurance and strength enhancer! Amazing owner and staff! Small and intimate space, perfect if you prefer a smaller group experience. AMAZING!!
