Fit for the King This is the best and largest gym in town- they have all the standard equipment as well as teaching aerobics classes, etc. The hospital holds a lot of their fitness classes there as well. The BEST part of this gym is that fact that childcare is FREE. You can even get a free membership if you volunteer in the daycare once per week for 2 hours.
