I love this gym, the staff are so nice and welcoming
I can’t say enough great things about this gym! I’ve been going here for 10 years and love it. It’s nothing but good vibes and smiling ladies. Between the military and college athletics, I’ve spent a lot of time in many gyms and this is by far my favorite. Classes are always welcoming and never intimidating, staff is sweet and care about you, and as a lady working out I have never felt uncomfortable. Highly recommend!
If you’re looking for a women’s only gym that makes you feel supported and truly included, this is the place for you. The classes are empowering and fun. The sense of community is something else. Highly recommend!
