Jay is a great instructor. Everytime I come here I feel the energy and the work out is great. I feel energized after my workout and highly recommend Fit For Life as your fitness transformational center.
I've struggled with my weight for years and after accepting a friends invite to FFL I'm HOOKED. The encouragement and support from not just the trainer but also from the group is what pushes me to keep coming back. The workout routine changes daily which makes the workouts fun! YES, I said the workouts are fun!! Thank you FFL for helping me become more active & healthy.
