Fit for life is a fantastic studio. They know exactly what they are doing and they are also patient and kind. Coming from another place I know I've finally found the best PT in Shannon. Thanks Loz for finding the best fit for me and for creating a great and safe space for fitness and wellness.

Loz has built an incredible space for fitness, with an incredible culture. I haven't felt excited about getting fit since becoming a mum. But now I'm more excited than ever and feel like I belong. Not to mention the convenience of having a creche space, Jess is beautiful with all the kids that come in. Thanks for the space you provide Loz. It's epic 🤙

Fit for life is such an amazing gym. It's class based - they vary between lift and hiit style workouts. They are always such a great workout and Loz gives you variations if you need. Loz also always has a killer playlist so you don't even notice how many burpees you've done! The creche is a game changer.
