I have been going to Debbie for a couple of years now. Initially it was for my shoulders (swimming was irritating an old injury). But Debbie and acupuncture have been able to help many other things - allergies, stomach issues, insomnia. I always sleep better on the day I go for acupuncture. Debbie is kind (and funny!) and she creates a safe space for treatment. I recommend her very highly!

I had an excellent experience at Fit for Life Acupuncture. The setting is peaceful and welcoming. After consulting with Debbie about my medical history and current problems, she took me to a comfortable treatment room. She explained the procedure as she inserted several tiny needles, then left me to relax for a while as the “magic” happened. Debbie is incredible! I had never had acupuncture before and was a little nervous, but she has an amazing and calming bedside manner. The treatment made such a difference for some old injuries I have coped with for some time. If you’re in or around cocoa beach, I can’t recommend her highly enough!
