I had Bell’s palsy and was told it could take up to 6 months to recover and some never regain 100% of the facial muscles. I cane to Debbie in the first week for my first session, and within the first 2 days there were noticeable improvements. After 3 weeks and 3 sessions, my face is probably about 99% back to normal. Friends have commented on how they can’t believe they can’t even tell. 100% recommend

I have been going to Debbie for a couple of years now. Initially it was for my shoulders (swimming was irritating an old injury). But Debbie and acupuncture have been able to help many other things - allergies, stomach issues, insomnia. I always sleep better on the day I go for acupuncture. Debbie is kind (and funny!) and she creates a safe space for treatment. I recommend her very highly!

I had an excellent experience at Fit for Life Acupuncture. The setting is peaceful and welcoming. After consulting with Debbie about my medical history and current problems, she took me to a comfortable treatment room. She explained the procedure as she inserted several tiny needles, then left me to relax for a while as the “magic” happened. It was not painful and I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep on the table! After my session, I left feeling lighter, headache resolved.
