Great gym, run by a great couple who are passionate about people's health and well-being. If your looking for a good gym at an affordable price with a good vibe you should come down and check it out.

I wouldn’t recommend this gym. First of all, the space is extremely small and gets really stuffy. The staff are very rude when I asked to cancel my membership because I’ve moved to another gym, the staff member responded with a lot of attitude. She questioned why I wanted to cancel and was rude, saying I needed a medical note or proof that I’d moved away. On top of that, there’s a huge cancellation fee, which is almost the same as paying for a month’s membership.

Poor communication and lack of transparency around pricing and cancellation policy. Would not recommend as they will not be honest and upfront with you when signing up.

I would not recommend this gym to anyone who values honest, upfront information and responsive customer service. I had high hopes for this gym, but my experience was poor from start to finish. The lack of transparency around pricing, the dismissive attitude when I raised concerns, and the way the owner made me feel that I was at fault for her not providing upfront pricing information left me deeply perplexed and disappointed.
