The team was very professional and friendly, especially Mike Olivas. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for start a fitness life.
By far, this is the place where I’ve felt the most comfortable working out. Mike and his team are incredibly supportive, always helping tailor workouts to my needs while pushing me to keep improving. I also love the accountability and motivation they provide, especially on those busy days when it’s easy to skip a workout. Those 30 minutes are always worth it, and my body thanks me for making my health a priority.
In town to take my girls to Wet n Wild, staying at the Holiday Inn across the street from Fit for Life so I signed up for a drop in class. Had a great workout led by Kevin! The gym is super clean with good vibes and my watch tracked apx 300 active calories burned for the 45 minute class. Highly recommend and hope others staying at the hotel take the opportunity to drop in too, super easy to sign up online! Will def be back next time we are in town.
