I think at this time, when my subscription is due for renewal, I’d like to cancel. But please don’t think I don’t like your program… it is amazing!!! It’s just not the right fit for me and our retired lifestyle right now. But I learned so much and feel so good!!! Couldn’t have done it without your program. And I’m paying attention to non scale victories… a top that was too tight across my chest, now it fits with no issues. Clothes in general are fitting better. So thank you so very much!!!

Working with Amy Light Baez has been a truly life changing experience. Her coaching and Neurofit program helped me recognize how much my self talk was holding me back and gave me the tools to shift my mindset in a positive, empowering way.
