I’ve been a member at Fit For Change for almost 3 years and absolutely love it! The group classes are excellent, especially with Jane and Mike. The 24/7 access is so convenient, the prices are very reasonable, and the community atmosphere is what really sets this gym apart. It’s welcoming, supportive, and never feels intimidating. I’m also excited for the new hot/cold therapy! Highly recommend!
Huge space, amazing equipment, clean, wonderful change rooms with showers, options for tanning and recovery ( sauna, red light therapy, cold plunge) also classes amd boxing. Open 24 and the community is fantastic. It literally has everything for anyone at any fitness level. would recommend
This is an excellent gym with competitive pricing, friendly staff and an overall nice and chill vibe ehen visiting. I've been going here for years
