very comfortable place for training with equipment for every taste, for any type of training. The equipment is in good condition and there is a friendly staff who will show and explain everything, help you choose the load and training program. After training, you can relax in the spa or lounge area and drink a protein shake. The spa area has cold plunge and a very hot sauna, which will help you recover faster after training.

My favorite gym. A second home to me. I love this place, the staff, the service and all the amenities. It features tons of space, lots of daylight, a sauna, cold plunges, new equipment, group room classes and It's 24 hours. It's a hidden gem and a must for me.

Not 24 hours. Need a fob to get in and when you call you get in you get yelled at. Many other gyms to attend when beginning your workout program.
