Best gym ever!! I love the small, more personal setting since big gyms can be intimidating
I’ve been going to FitFirst for well over 2 years now. Jo is an awesome trainer who is passionate about what he does. He’s got grit, he’s positive, and he pushes me to be my best. Through him I’ve been able to consistently see results with my body and with my strength. The gym itself is well equipped with everything a novice or experienced gym goer needs. Will be going to FitFirst for many more years to come.
I’ve been working with Jo for about a year now, and honestly this is the most consistent I’ve ever been with the gym. I’ve tried other gyms before, but this one is different. The support here is real from Jo and from the ladies in the boot camp classes. Everyone motivates and cheers each other on, and that makes a huge difference. I joined this great gym in April of last year. From day one, the owner / my trainer Jolon O’Connor believed in me when I didn’t fully believe in myself. He never allowed me to quit on myself, and that alone changed my entire mindset.
