Teresa takes the time to make sure you are doing each move correctly and safely! Class was everything I expected and more!
Visited from out of town for a week and I am so happy I found this gym for when I come back! The programming is great and everyone is incredibly kind. Highly recommend.
Amanda is great. She is my usual coach and recently my back was hurting and she modified perfectly for me. The gym is a community and worth every penny. Owners are great and it feels not just like a gym community but family. Thankful to be apart of it.
If I could give less than one star I would. I reached out wanting to find a crossfit community in the town I just moved to, but with instead I was met with silence. All I wanted was a quote and membership rates. Very poor customer service. :(
