Lauren’s dumb bell and band strength class is absolutely wonderful! Her music was fun, motivational, and up beat. She gives fantastic cues and great personalization/modifications to stay safe. She’s kind and funny and the 45 min class went by so fast. I felt strong and encouraged. I live in CO and I’m a bit of a gym snob. I absolutely loved her class. I moved to Fairhope three years ago and struggled to find a gym I loved as much as my previous one. I gave Fit Fairhope a try, and I’ve been here ever since! The classes are awesome and there are so many to chose from. The instructors are the best, hands down!
FIT Fairhope is such a great gym experience and fitness family. I have been a member for 3 years now and can’t get enough! If you are looking for a gym with friendly atmosphere that will get you in shape- look no further!
We love FIT Fairhope! The wide array of workouts offered are very easy to work with any schedule and bonus points that they offer various childcare hours so even during no-school days I can still manage to get a workout in!
Great class options, supportive healthy environment, and amazing leaders in the fitness journey. A local treasure of a gym. I would suggest to anyone looking for a sense of community in town. I have made wonderful friends here! The two hours of childcare option is also wonderful and supportive of parents.
