Great Gym Clean Wonderful staff Well equipped Multiple types of classes Affordable.
Thought long and hard about posting this review…. My wife and I were members at this gym for roughly 4+ years. During our time at the Kingston facility they have consistently opened 30, 40, or even 50+ minutes after their posted opening hours which has inconvenienced my wife on more than a dozen occasions when attempting to workout in the morning prior to work. **** attention: I just want to point out I've left through the mall entrance a few times and have seen some peeping toms peering through the cracks of the larger work out room in the back. I've seen some even have their phones out. This is more than once. Next time I will provide pictures of these people if I have my phone on me.
