I have been a member for over 3 years. The gym is clean , well run and reasonable in price. The women’s locker room could be larger with more equipment since it is usually full. The five stars is due mostly to the customer service. The front desk employees are always helpful, polite and friendly. Alyssa and Emily are worth noting for the exceptional customer service.
The membership signup is incredibly misleading - I needed a short-term membership around the holidays and because I signed up via the app and not in-person they ended up charging me $125 because I didn't cancel within a week of signing up. Doesn't matter if you haven't even visited the gym. The gym and locker rooms were also not very clean/sanitary. Cannot recommend and definitely will not be returning. Fine in a pinch but not worth the money.

Thought long and hard about posting this review…. My wife and I were members at this gym for roughly 4+ years. During our time at the Kingston facility they have consistently opened 30, 40, or even 50+ minutes after their posted opening hours which has inconvenienced my wife on more than a dozen occasions when attempting to workout in the morning prior to work.
