Fit Factory is the best of the best! It's like bootcamp but better, semi-personal training without the big price tag, a prescribed program that works magic. Every day has a different focus and I love it all - full body, lower, upper, endurance, mobility. I am getting stronger, faster, and the mobility training helps with overall movement and lifts. What a great workout! I learned of this place from ClassPaas and had an excellent experience. I loved how tough and efficient it was in 45 minutes. I felt a camaraderie with the other participants I had just met because of the partnered aspect of the workout. Shayne clearly knows his stuff crafting such a great workout. I will definitely be back for more.
I cant recommend Shayne enough! He brings such great energy to his classes, it’s truly one of a kind. Shayne has somehow made working out enjoyable and has gotten me to get up early to go to the gym for the first time ever. I’m loving the changes I’m making, both physically and mentally. Fit Factory is the place to go!
Big fan of Shayne and Fit Factory. Burning more calories in 45 minutes than puttering around in the gym by myself for 1.5 hours. Shayne's helping my techniques improve, pushing me to do things I wouldn't do solo, and also bringing a big focus on mobility which I *never* had before. I look forward to workouts now. 10/10!!
