My two boys have worked out w Shayne at Fit Factory for the past two years. I’ve never liked going to the gym. Until I found Fit Factory! The instructors are super motivating and fun to work out with- especially Shayne and Mikayla. I really like that the class sizes are small so I can get to know the other people in my usual classes. And it’s a lot less intimidating to work out when we’ve all gotten to know each other. I recommend fit factory to everyone!
Fit Factory is a fantastic place to get a great workout! I love how each day is a different focus, with rotating exercises that keep your muscles toned and your mind engaged. The small class size allows for the trainers to focus on each person and ensure proper form. And finally the trainers are motivating, fun, and super supportive, so the classes start to feel more like a fitness community that you want to come to each day!
I’m 47 and neglected strength training for many years in favor for more cardio. Fit Factory has given me the tools I need to live healthier now. I love that their workouts are short and targeted because I’m busy.
