I paid for a full year membership and 75 personal training sessions (at $50 each) upfront in April 2024. They closed in August 2024. I had 44 unused personal training before they closed (44 * $50 = $2,200) and 2/3 of year's membership ($433). They refused to even respond to my email requests for a refund. Stay away from this company.
Colleyville gym closed without notice to staff or clients on Aug 13th and I was charged a monthly for the gym on Sep 4th! There is no gym, it's closed! They also require an extra month of payment to cancel a contract on a service they stopped providing, as the gym is permanently closed. Very upset.
Fit factory colleyville closed with out notice and kept money they charged clients for a closed gym and made them pay for another month for a closed gym to cancel
Canceled my membership and six months later they sent me to collections for 160 dollars and refuse to remove the inaccurate information. Pretty ***** for 160 dollars.
My experience with this club has not been a positive one at all. I canceled my membership back in May of 2020 during the pandemic frenzies by calling the club. The club continued to pull my payment. Failed to let me know that I can email my cancellation; their staff member didn’t note my cancelation call. I noticed the continued charges; I didn’t go back to appeal the charges to the credit card; I reported to my credit card not authorize additional payments.
