Brandon is the Best! He listens to what I want to accomplish and helps me obtain my goals. He believes in me which is very motivating. He suggests helpful tips for nutrition. I give him credit for my weight loss and new found health. Thanks Brandon for being my coach!

I have been doing a group training session with Fit Factory Owners Brandon & Vee for almost 2 years. They come to our community gym in The Highlands. They are both very knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and proper technique. The custom workouts are designed to challenge us and push us. They encourage us to keep getting better and stronger.
