I took my senior parents to Fit Essentials to get compression stockings, and I’m really happy we found this place. Jen helped us, and she was amazing—very patient and knowledgeable. She is a certified fitter and made sure my parents got the right size and support. They also offer custom compression if needed, which is very helpful. Went in to be fitted for compression socks. Salesperson looked at my legs and suggested that I be assessed for lymphedema and gave me the contact info. She also told me they had no socks over the counter that would fit and I would need custom made. She did not measure my legs. I waited a week to receive a call from the clinic and was told they could not help me as I had insurance coverage. The salesperson should have known that before referring me and wasting my time.
