Dr. Linda Nguyen has been really helpful over the past few months. I've noticed a dramatic improvement in my health and a reduction in lower back pain which has been debilitating at times over the years. She listens and is very knowledgeable. Her workouts have been catered to really challenge me and help improve my overall health.
