Great gym! Exactly what I was looking for- small classes where instructors help with postures. Weight lifting class at 530 pm. No grunting bros!!! I love it. Good welcoming community. Can walk from home :-)
I love this workout studio! The kindest, most engaged instructors- they are all amazing. I am so grateful to have a safe space to workout and be challenged- I love the variety of classes that are offered here. Thank you to everyone who works so hard here and to the instructors who elevate the workouts and have created such a great place for myself and others to be present and grow into a better version of myself. Appreciate you all!
I can’t say enough great things about this studio. All the instructors are amazing! Natalie, the owner, is just incredible. She is a fantastic instructor and hosts fun and challenging classes while being so warm and caring. I’ve found amazing an amazing workout that I look forward to and a great sense of community here.
Y’all. I cannot sing the praises of this gym high enough. They have a wide variety if classes: barre, yoga, HIIT, lift. The classes are challenging. The instructors are all amazing. But the very best part is how supportive and welcoming it is. They always offer modifications without judgment. They encourage without shaming. People of all shapes, sizes and ages work out here. It is really an amazing community and great place to get in shape.
