I was nervous starting out at a gym, but everyone was extremely supportive and welcoming. It’s been a motivational and judgment free zone, and I truly look forward to classes every week. There really is a great sense of community at this gym, and the instructors never push you to do anything you can’t handle. They are motivational but always focused on safety and form, and helping you progress in a fun and safe environment. So glad I was brave enough to try this gym!
