My experience at Fit Code has been very welcoming so far! The workouts are just the right amount of challenge I need! The instructors are very patient and take the time to modify if requested.
What I love the most about Fit Code is the coaches takes the time to coach you on your form and encourage you to keep going when you want to give up, I love the team atmosphere it's like a family. For years I've been working out on my own at home because I didn't want to be judged working out in. a gym atmosphere but at fit code the members are just like you struggling with weight loss or struggling with endurance just like you and it pushes you to bring it!
