Stopped by when I was visiting on leave for two weekends. A variety of equipment, separate rooms specific to different exercise styles/approaches, and a nice atmosphere. At least with both of my intermittent visits, I can see how well most people stick to the rules posted at the front desk and at some walls. Most of the people I spoke to there were pretty approachable, and I was able to ask for some tips on some lifting technique for an overhead press. People are gonna record you and post it online and give you a hard time if you ask them not to. Reasonably priced gym. Update 2025: Most days there's some dude screaming in the gym. I've asked nicely for them to be respectful but they continue to be rude. Owner needs to grow a backbone and enforce his posted rules my guy. But crazy good prices. Can't be beat. Me and my boy Wes come here. Older crowd complains when we dont re rack. Kinda annoying. Shout out to berserk for getting me on the "good stuff" I love this gym but some guy was really trying to record my girl. Not a good look. Guys got any plans for that?
