Why All The Hating? I have recently rejoined fit club after moving back to the area and i dont understand why all the negativity I love this place the staff is very friendly and easy to talk to and the club is very clean and i dont find it that crowded they have plenty of machines to go around and so what if you have to wait a few minutes. Lets not forget the best part (for me at least) is the kids clubhouse i mean where else are you going to get free childcare why you work out and again the staff are great with the kids. D.A. I had a membership with Fit Club with my wife. We went for about 3 months before our son was born and stopped thereafter because we were busy to say the least.
Incorrect Information This is in response to Sevastions comments on FitClub West. I am a personal trainer at the West location and I am a male. At this location we currently have 5 male trainers and 1 female trainer. It is very understandable that the management that we have here is currently not interested in hiring another male trainer at this time. Sexist PIGS! I want everyone to know that I am a man, and I applied for a job as a personal trainer at Fit Club on the West Side of Springfield, Illnois and the owner told me that he only hires females for personal trainers. I told him that was kind of sexist and that is discrimination. good equipment, but crowded I have used this club for several years now. One advantage they have is several locations so you can use anyone you want to anytime. One of the locations is open 24 hours except on weekends which is very nice for after you get off work. The equipment at the locations I have been to is new and they have everything I need. ok if you want to deal with crowds I have been going to Fit Club for over 7 yrs, before it even became Fit Club.The facility is big. Equipted with pools, sauna, and whirlpools it gives you a variety. The only problem is that it is sometimes crowded, but I guess that is to be expected!
