First workout in the books from what has been a very long time! I was immediately welcomed and everyone e was super friendly and welcoming! I got the corrections I needed and encouragement throughout the entire workout! I look forward to my fitness journey with Fit Club!!!
It was my first day and I feel welcomed by the staff and I felt the support of my trainer and all the other members were very encouraging! I’m already sore! Coming back for more 😅🤣
My fitness journey has been about health, mental well-being, and healing. Huge thanks to my coaches for pushing me! They help me crush goals with cardio, weights, and abs. The best part is the focus on sustainable habits that fit into my life. As I get older, I want to be healthier and a role model for my daughter, who's now facing similar struggles I once did. This club has changed my life, both physically and mentally. Grateful for the lessons and the people!

Very hard workout but it’s quick you get your heart rate up … and 30 mins fits a busy schedule … all the staff were super friendly and had a great first workout
