I enjoyed my first workout. It was honestly fun and everyone was very helpful and genuinely friendly, as I tagged along. Lol. I appreciated the help. The stretching felt very good and I needed that. See you next time. Thank you
My first day i was so nervous I almost backed out, as soon as I got there though they made me feel so welcome and comfortable right from the front desk to the trainers. The environment is so pumped I couldn't help but feel ready and motivated to really start my gym journey. Excited to see results cause I never felt such a burn during and after. Definitely feel it better over the regular gym session.
Great first day. Supported by every one. Members helped me get routines right. 2nd day so far. Awesome high energy atmosphere.
Went to my first class today a was very happy with it. I was nervous when I arrived but once we got started everything was great. The people (staff and participants) are all very helpful and welcoming, and the workout allows you to work at your own level. I will definitely keep going and expect that I will see results fairly quickly. Thank you to everyone that made my workout so enjoyable!
