The instructors here are the only good thing about this place - they are great. The management is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. The owner. Jolene, has been billing me since October even though I should not have been being billed. I have been going back and forth with her messaging where she promised me I would have a check in my mailbox in 5-7 days and asked for my address. That was in January. No check ever came. I signed up for fit club a year ago when they first opened because ilovekickboxing in Shelton closed. This place is not only dirty and poorly managed but the owners Jolene and David are the most unprofessional business owners I have ever met. They are never at the studio because they own 3 businesses in town and they expect them to run themselves. I am a local Physical Therapist in the area and I took a kickboxing class with Julien. He was a phenomenal instructor and the class was awesome! He was filled with energy and the class was a great mix of warming up, kickboxing, core and ground work. He knew exactly how to push me to work harder, but not to over do it. I would highly recommend this class to all ages and skill level and of course Julien as the instructor!
