AMAZING classes
Top quality classes and programs. Never had trainers that could kick my *** every single time I come in. You also get free gym access to Retro Fitness Paramus! Really great value gym.
Total waste of space taken away room from Retro Fitness making all the machines there be condensed together. never ever a class going on in there just a bunch of little kids rolling around with an instructor who definitely doesn't look qualified to teach anything. people walking around on the mat with their shoes on and the ones who do take their shoes off in the pool walking around the gym without shoes on so it defeats the entire purpose.
Classes, trainers, members, a huge and funny family! A place where I’ve been able to reach my full potential and beyond. 6am classes, highly recommended!!
