Having an amazing time with Justin! Was hesitant about getting back in the gym with a personal coach but he has a beautiful way of meeting you where you’re at, easing you in, matching your pace, and pushing you when you’re ready! It’s only been 4 weeks and I feel so much better, stronger, and confident. He’s kind, fun, makes you feel welcome and at home, and so positive! Also great group & personal training rates. Stop trying to do it in your own, get personalized training with Justin!!!!!!!
