I drop in here from time to time, and I absolutely love it. The community is so much fun to be around, and the coaches are fantastic. The CrossFit space is massive and has everything you could possibly need. I’ve even done some 1-on-1 coaching for gymnastics skills and leveled up incredibly fast; I’ll definitely be back the next time I need help mastering a difficult movement. Joined fit Club july of 2024. Still going strong and seeing such a difference in my body and ability to do hard things! Missed this week due to spring break and kids but missing it and can't wait to get back at it!
I have been here since 2021 and it has truly changed my life. I did CrossFit before, during, and after my pregnancy and I would highly recommend it to everyone!
Great gym. Great people. Best part of the day. Love the workouts. They are always challenging and can be scaled to your ability or how you are feeling that day.
