Nice gym but REALLY showing its age. I've worked out here on and off for 7 years. I've seen 0 improvement in anything in this time. I've seen a few machines actually disappear lately. I get more joint pain and less burn here than I do at gyms with more modern machines. Always a wait for the multi-function train. The owners need to actually put some money into the place

I absolutely love this gym! First, I have to give a huge shoutout to Adam and Craig. They truly go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience. They’re incredibly genuine, welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about the people who walk through their doors. My boyfriend and I travel all over the U.S. for work so we’ve worked out at a lot of different gyms, and this is easily one of our favorites.
