I have to start by saying this is a way to push yourself to the limit and loose weight, accountability is what this program is, you do will find support and an amazing people. A lot of room for improvement as all small business.

I have to start by saying this is a way to push yourself to the limit and loose weight, accountability is what this program is, you do will find support and an amazing people. A lot of room for improvement as all small business.
I wanted to learn discipline and it taught me just that. I wanted to lose weight and change my habits and it helped me with that! I needed accountability and I definitely got that! This program works! The coaches are motivational and a product of this program! Their stories were inspirational!
Accountability at its best!!!! You come into the program with expectations of losing 15-20 lbs within 21 days and when you reach or surpass those goals, you feel more than accomplished!! Scott is amazing and he pushes you to strive for so much more. I recommend FitChurch to anyone who is looking to lose weight, gain muscle and be held accountable.
