Fit by Reid is an athlete-focused independent bike fit studio. I’m pulling together 9+ years of bike fit, Retul training, a background in exercise science and biomechanics, to offer premium bike fitting for all athletes. My goal is to ensure you are comfortable and happy on your bike and to get you at least a few more smiles per hour! We offer bike fit by appointment only. I have been road riding for over 20 years and never really had a professional bike fit. My husband went to Reid and was SO impressed with Reid's knowledge and results (took 3 hours). I went a few weeks later thinking that my bike fit would not take as long. Wrong! I had been having some hand numbness when riding for some time. I went through a fitting with Reid to address my symptoms. He started with taking a thorough history and assessing my gait, posture, and flexibility and then analyzed my position using the Retul system. With some changes to my cleat position, saddle and handlebar height i immediately noticed improved comfort on the bike. I’ve only had one ride since the fitting but so far no more numbness. Reid definitely knows his stuff!

Great experience. I had never had a professional bike fit in nearly 30 years of cycling. There were a lot of adjustments to my road bike, but they made a big difference in comfort. In addition to Reid's help, I really liked the RETUL system to help document the adjustments.
Reid helped me fit a new time trial bike. Given my lack of mobility, I've been pessimistic I could really be "comfortable" on my aero bars, but Reid was very thorough and really put me position I feel super comfortable. He also did a great job of educating me along the way! Really excited about my future on the new bike.
