PIK is fantastic! Taking classes at her new studio has been amazing! This studio has been so inviting and the girls that have taken classes with me have all been so supportive and sweet. This is the first studio that I feel completely welcomed in and the classes are definitely a WORKOUT! PIK has the best energy and really pushes you to meet your goals! 100% recommend joining!
PIK is an amazing trainer and will definitely push you to do the best you can. You can tell she cares about her clients. I really enjoy her classes and working with her 1-1.
Pik is so sweet and so energetic, she makes working out so fun. I had a 1 on 1 session with her and I just knew she was gonna be a good coach for me. She helped me fix my form and pushed me to be better. I’m just starting with all this and she was so patient and fun. I recommend if you’re looking for someone who would encourage you to show up and help you reach your fitness goals.
PIK is AMAZING! First time trying a cardio kickboxing class and she was so helpful! Pik took the time to ensure my form and technique was right. I’ve continued taking classes with her and have also tried the lower body HIIT class. Definitely worth it! The environment is very welcoming and friendly! Would recommend to anyone thinking about joining!!!
I’ve been training with Pik since October. I absolutely love her style of training. She’s very detailed with technique. I’m very pleased, I got a membership with her. She’s awesome. She’s very motivating. I look forward to get better and better!
