My daughters and I have been with Ky for almost 4 years now. He is an amazing trainer! He gets to know his athletes personally by learning their life goals and helps them in accomplishing them. He also attends his athletes games and tournaments to cheer them on. He holds his athletes accountable with their grades and behavior at school/home. His gym staff are amazing also! They will push you past your comfort level to prove you can do it.

Awesome place - welcoming to all with personal training and group fitness classes, and 24/7 gym access. I've been training here for about 18 months now and it has been life changing! They offer flexible and affordable plans for in person, online, or hybrid training. Excellent trainers for all ages and stages that work with you to identify your own goals and reach them.
