This place was life changing, it literally gave me everything I needed to get my body where it needed to be. Coach Dwayne, Allen and Jean were very motivating, good energy and professional. Highly recommend this place if you need a transition in your life!

I have been working with Dwayne at Fit By July since 2012. Or maybe earlier. I cant remember. But anyway, the fact that I’m still working out with him, through 5 different locations, is a testament to the fact that he and his program really work. We aren’t robots, so we fall off the nutrition wagon every once in a while, but Dwayne makes sure we hold ourselves accountable. He’s patient, fair and demanding at the same time. He will fit the exercises and routines to your needs.
