Great class! There was an issue with my booking but Jason was quick to contact me and re-schedule my class. Class was HARD but so good, with Jason giving technique tips and encouragement throughout! Mega workout!
The best fitness class in the area. Jason has a concept that has a unique edge into fitness and wellbeing. After each session I’m physically blasted and mentally charged for the day! Each workout is different every time I go. I don’t have to think about what to do I just follow his instructions and see the results.
