Awesome coaches ,gym and people . I can go to a regular gym and have no clue what to do where i got frustrated and would leave without doing much. I go to LFBBC and its 30 minutes and you worked out basically your whole body!! Leaving there feeling energized happy and strong. I may not smile when i do Burpees but i do smile when i finish a workout feeling great!! Thanks Mike and Dawn
Absolutely love Fit Body Boot Camp Lindenhurst! The energy here is unmatched, and the workouts are always challenging, fun, and effective. Huge shoutout to Coach Mike — he does an amazing job keeping everyone motivated and engaged while pushing us to be our best. You can tell he truly cares about each person in the room. The community, the coaching, the results — I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend to anyone looking to get stronger, healthier, and have fun doing it.
The trainers are the best and always have a great workout! The classes are energetic and all the members support each other! It is like family when you walk into the gym.
