I love how challenging Fit Body is!! It is challenging but quick. Less than 1 hour workouts, so there is no excuses for me. Everyone there is so friendly and it makes working out fun! When I miss a day, it just doesn't feel right. The short but tough circuits kick my butt every time! But it is worth it! The facilities are super clean. They have a lot of class times for morning people or afternoon people.
Great boot camp! Jessica is an amazing coach and she has great workouts lined up every day. She encourages you and keeps you accountable.
I immediately felt welcome the first day I showed up and that’s one of the things that’s so great about FBBC, it builds a sense of community. I also loved that it’s a different work out every day because I never got bored. The coaches push you to be your best and do your best and were always available when you I had questions. They also kept me accountable and made sure I was sticking to my meal plan. FBBC offers early morning classes so I was able to work out before going to work which was super important to me. Great effective workouts! A fabulous supportive community and staff! I’ve tried other programs and gyms, but I have fallen in love with FBBC because it is actually sustainable. I will be sticking with them for my long term fitness journey!
