I just started and it’s very challenging. Almost everyday that I have gone I say “I hate this place, how can I get out this” then the session is over and I realize good exercise won’t kill me, it might actually make me better. So I’ll go back tomorrow and do it again.
My experience at Fit Body Boot Camp has been great! From day one of me attending the 21 days for $21.00. When I walked in and looked to my left only to see my name highlighted at the desk 'Welcoming me'. The staff learn your name from the start and continue to keep up with you via email, and text. And actually track your workout to make sure you are alright. So I started with the 9:30 am workouts then I switched to the 10:30am only because I liked that time.
