So glad I decided to join Fayetteville Fit Body Boot camp. The atmosphere is so upbeat, and the coaches really support you through the workout. You start and end on time and the workouts are challenging but the coaches help keep you motivated to make it through. You always workout with a group and the coaches do a great job of changing up the routines. Fayetteville Fit Body is a great place for anyone looking to improve their fitness in an organized friendly environment
FBBC is a great way to get in shape without the boredom of repetitive weight lifting, or running on a treadmill. It’s a fun way to work out all your muscles with people from different walks of life.
I thoroughly enjoy Fit Body Boot Camp. The routines are never the same and the staff is top tier. I needed this type of group setting to keep me interested. If your form is not quite right the coach will ensure you get it right. The body scan and nutritional consult are part of the program and I find them helpful. With 3 free days you have the opportunity to decide if this is something you want to sign up for without the pressure of signing a contract.
