I love the variety of workouts and quick pace of changing to a different set of exercises. I also enjoy working out with people in my age range.
I just started working out after many years. I find the staff here very knowledgeable, encouraging, and helpful. They are always taking the time during classes to make sure I’m on the right track, or helping me find alternative exercises that work right for me. I would definitely recommend Fit Body, as they have many different classes and program styles at affordable prices.
After my wife was talking so highly of the classes and suggested that I might try it, I did!I was curious and wanted to try .I didn’t know what to expect. I was met by Jen and MP when I arrived with a welcome,along with the same enthusiasm from other participants. After the first class I felt that it wasn’t a normal class but a WORKOUT!! I was happy about that ,returned two days later and joined The Family!!
