Love this gym. Been going over a year now. Norm is a legend trainer. He is super attentive and always knows how to modify an exercise if you have an ailment so that you can still make the best of your workout. The other girls that go are so friendly and motivational. It's a vibe there. Highly recommend
Wouldn't belong to any other gym, regardless of your fitness level or size, it's a completely comfortable environment to exercise in.
Supportive, tailored, friendly, welcoming and warm! Great for mums with little ones!
