This is an incredible gym. Not only does it have everything I needed, but the environment is welcoming. This is the true judgement free.. if you catch my drift. The gym is usually not crowded and being open 24/7 is very convenient for someone like myself, who's schedule has shifted quite often. Really enjoy the Yorktown location! Personal training has helped me reach my weight loss goals, enjoy working out, and actually understanding what to do to benefit me when at the gym! I would recommend giving personal training a try if you are having difficulty reaching your goals :)

I absolutely love this gym!!! Especially this location!!! It is a smaller gym. But, I love that it is a small gym. It's never super busy/packed. I can spend a good 3 hours at this place doing my strength training routine and not be bothered or feel like I have to rush through my workout to make room for someone else. It has ALL the equipment/weights you need. They even have updated vending machines with healthy snacks/meals and drinks. The super clean bathrooms are a plus.
