Love this gym and the amazing community here. My daughter and I have been coming for a year and it’s been life changing. I’ve lost weight, kept it off, gained muscle, and feel stronger than ever during peri menopause. After struggling with my relationship with food most of my life, this gym helped me build healthier habits in such a supportive, caring, family atmosphere. The coaches and members are encouraging, fun, and keep you accountable. So grateful we found this place!
Absolutely love this gem of a place. They truly go above and beyond for every person. You are not just another customer, your are treated like family. And the people at the gym are just as great! Truly have found an amazing place. It is perfect for every level.
I was very out of shape, middle aged and clueless about fitness. TFW and coaches opened new doors for me into the world of weight training, and I couldn’t be more grateful for my dojo familia.
I enjoy the atmosphere at the gym and the personalized coaching. I've been attending TFW since 2022, and have definitely improved my all round strength and fitness.
I want to say that I Am truly very happy with my experience, what I value the most is the way the Team consistently follow up, it really makes the difference and show how much you care about my progress, the Team understand my individual strengths and flaws, they work with me patiently helping me improve at a pace that is challenging yet safe and reallistic for me.
