There’s a lot to say!! This was my first experience with InfluencHER fitness and I can’t rave about it enough! The atmosphere feels very welcoming and encouraging. Having all woman around you definitely takes a lot of the pressure when trying new workouts that may have you in vulnerable positions. The classes are something I THRIVE on. I recently found this gym - and am SO in love. It’s ran by women, for women - and the most uplifting, welcoming and supportive gym I have ever been to. The owner is amazing, the trainers are incredibly knowledgable and everyone prioritizes learning with proper form and then through positivity and encouragement makes sure that you are pushing yourself to do the very best you can do. Truly, the energy here is unmatched and so inspiring. 100% recommend for any woman, on any part of their fitness journey <3
