For someone that has a bit of gym anxiety this gym has become my safe space. Such an amazing environment and an incredible group of girls. Being surrounded by women who uplift each other is incredible. I have been training with the owner Brittnay. She is the full package when it comes to a trainer. Having Brittany as my trainer has genuinely changed my fitness journey and life. On March 23, I had a great personal training session with the owner. She was made aware prior to the training that I had a shoulder injury from work and that my surgery was to be scheduled within a few months. She let me know that I could cancel or pause my membership at anytime. On March 26, i found out my surgery was schedulw for May 7 and told her that I needed to cancel and would return after I healed. Awesome small personalized Gym. I’ve been out of the gym for many years. At 60, motivation and time was my issue… but..it was time to get back at it. The trainers are great. The classes are great. They really work you hard focusing on form, and you get results. Nutrition plans are offered as part of a selected package. I’ve been there five weeks lost 12 pounds, feel better, look better and I’m on my way. Thank you, Brittany for challenging me.
