I love this place so much! I started going to the baby barre classes when my daughter was just 3 months old! Not only is it a great way to get out of the house, but it is an amazing workout with a pelvic floor focus. It is definitely catered to the postpartum body! I absolutely love Fit Barre. I was an avid 6 amer for over a year and I was in the best shape of my life. Fast forward to me post partum the Barre babies class is definitely challenging (in the best way), and you really feel like you worked hard after class. Jenna’s fun, upbeat personality is what gets you through when your legs are shaking. What I appreciate most is how welcoming and happy the environment is. Such a fun workout!! The instructors are fantastic. **2 years later edit because I’ve now had the chance to do the barre babies program in addition to their regular classes and want to recommend barre babies to all new moms in Hamilton! As far as I know, no other mom and babies classes in the area use pelvic floor physio to design their program or focus on core restoration the same way and I really can’t recommend it enough.
