I’ve been loving the Fit Barre Pilates mom-and-baby classes! It’s a great workout—engaging, challenging, and exactly what I need to feel strong again postpartum. Jenn is an incredible instructor—she keeps the energy up, offers helpful form reminders, and somehow makes the whole class fly by.
