Made an appointment to have tire sensors replaced when I arrived for my appointment I asked Bill the general manager if he could rotate tires while they had them off for sensor replacement.He said they would have to charge me for it,he stated they don’t work for free.I stated I thought since you have to remove all four tires it wouldn’t be a problem,but told him not to worry about it if it was a problem.He then stated again they do not work for free.I had a ride waiting for me so I left,but quiet annoyed with his poor custom... read more

Im not one to right a bad review unless the experience was truly foul. Terrible. I’ll just start with that. For 1, whoever they have answering their phones refused to call me back once my vehicle was ready. “Ready” being I was charged to be told my issue was out of their scope of work.. 2 being the fact I was charged $200 for being told this fact.. I take it to a reputable mechanic referenced to me via a friend and they tell me right off the bat needs a new tie rod. No problem Yet Fit charges me $200 for a “assessment” to be... read more

I went for a bed cover that cost 640, I paid 500, the other 140 when it arrived I would pay it, they called me to put it on, they never told me that they charged for labor which was almost 400 $, I started talking to the strong guy from the lobby and he got upset and treated me very badly, so when you have any questions and you don't like it, they will treat you very badly, the total came out to 1052 if I didn't pay it they wouldn't give me back the car, that's what the strong guy told me.
