I have been under the impression that fair and moral repair shops are tough to find! That is until I took my Jeep Call of Duty Rubicon to FIT automotive for a death wobble! I scheduled my appointment with Parker Reed, I recommend you ask for him! I was extremely pleased with the service he provided! This has to have been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with anything automotive related. This place completely jacked a lot of my car, and had awful customer service. I took my aventador here for a body kit to get done, we discussed and I agreed that there had to be some alterations and there would be some fitment issues. That did not bother me, as it was discussed beforehand. They caused lots of damage to other parts of the car, and didn’t do a proper job installing the new parts. Excellent job with my truck! Incredible service, honest and fast! Parker made everything easy. I highly recommend FIT Automotive.
Had a radar detector installed after two weeks and a few attempts to get help I now have an appointment with Tesla to replace the part they busted the clips on. No telling what this will cost… In addition to this I had the same radar detector installed in a second car(Ferrari) a few months before. It has no sound and can’t be heard. When trying to fix that one I was told up to wait a week to for them look at it… That issue is also not fixed as I have just learned to live with it. $4300 bill and this is how they left me drivi... read more
