I highly recommend Kelly at FITASFX. Having a fully kitted out PT truck that comes right to your door makes it so much easier to fit in exercise around family commitments. The additional benefit of joining in group training sessions added great variety too. A very motivating, professional and friendly service that provides the accountability I need to keep exercising. What special experience and treat just for me! Kelly put so much attention to detail in balancing a wonderful and well thought out day at the stunning venue The Lon. A day to switch off and totally indulge in taking care of my body and mind, I needed it more than I realised. So many laughs with old and new friends made, I can’t wait to do it all again soon.
