Was passing through Aberdeen for work and decided to give Fit and Fire a try. The booking process was incredibly easy through the app. Class prices were very reasonable. The studio is beautiful! I did an infrared pilates class and it was just the right amount of challanging but doable. A really great workout! Julie was super welcoming and made sure that I knew exactly what was going on as a newbie to the studio. My only regret is that I'm not able to come regularly. After a 5 month hiatus (thanks kids schedules!!!!), had an AMAZING total body work out thanks to Ashley Bennett The class was easily modified up or down for challenge and I was SO GLAD to catch this class for the first time - I’ll be back! Set temperature is 97° at all times they have different classes throughout the day and different time slots to pick your classes. They do have lockers and showers, they also have a little shop in there that you can buy things. You can sign your classes online or you can come in and register also for your class.
